External Work

  • Repair and conservation to castellations 
  • Structural roof repairs 
  • Valley repairs 
  • DPC injection

Internal

  • Removal of timber wall plates at first floor level due to wet rot.  
  • Removal of roof rafter ends due to wet rot. 
  • Replacement of all decayed timbers with pre-treated protimised timbers
