Built in the early 1900’s, this period home stands proudly on the outskirts of Terenure Village. 

The property had some damp proofing works completed previously but unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for the building and damp ingress continued.

Re-render in lime plaster 
Chimney repairs, raking out and repointing 
Structural repairs to facade 

Internal

Removal of previous tanking system to main lounge 
Re-plaster lounge in lime
