This late 19th century building, complete with castellations, underwent extensive repairs internally and externally.

• Repair and conservation to castellations

Internal

• Removal of timber wall plates at first floor level due to wet rot.  
• Removal of roof rafter ends due to wet rot. 
• Replacement of all decayed timbers with pre-treated protimised timbers
