Parliament Hotel, Lord Edward Street, Dublin 2

This project is comprised of two different elements; the renovation of the existing listed Parliament Hotel, and the construction of a new 7 storey hotel, known as ‘The Fashion House’ on an adjacent site. 

The two buildings will be connected via a glazed link bridge spanning above the alley that separates the two sites creating a 128-bedroom hotel which become the new 'Hard Rock Hotel’. This was  finished in 2020.

• Specialist Damp Consultancy 
• Implementation of waterproof tanking management system to the basement in keeping with best conservation practice.
